Ordering on is simple, easy, and secure. Simply select the color, size, personalization options (if applicable), and the quantity then click the "Add to Cart" button on the product detail page. The Shopping Cart page will then display the items in your cart and will allow you to change the quantity of each item you've selected or remove items. From the Shopping Cart page, you can either proceed to checkout or continue shopping.

When you have finished shopping, click on the "View Cart" or "Cart" icon at the top-right of the page to review your selections. When you are satisfied with your order, click the "Proceed to Checkout" icon to complete your purchase.

Note: If you experience any problems with items disappearing from your shopping cart, make sure you have Cookies enabled in your web browser.

Redding Medical is committed to protecting against credit card fraud. Stolen credit cards hurt both the customer and our company. Here at, our team reviews hundreds of orders each day to keep fraud ratings low. Redding Medical reserves the right to request more information in the event that fraudulent activity is suspected. If necessary, our team will alert you that your order is being held in our system. We will request a copy of the credit card used, as well as the purchaser's license. Please take a photo or copy of your license and credit card, and send it via email or fax (410) 526-9759


We understand that it can be uncomfortable to send sensitive information over the internet. Here are some steps you can take to be sure that your information reaches us safely.


1. Lay out your credit card and license on a table or sheet of paper. Do not layer or stack the cards.


2. Block out all numbers on your credit card except for the LAST FOUR DIGITS.


3. Make sure that we can see the expiration date, cardholder's name, and issuer (such as bank, store, or airline).


4. Block out personal information from your license such as birth date, eye color, weight, etc


5. Make sure that we can see your name and address.


6. If you are using a corporate credit card, any authorized company personnel may send their information, it does not need to be the cardholder.


It is important to hide sensitive information, but be sure that Redding Medical can still see necessary information as requested. Once your order is held in our system, it will not continue to process until the requested information is received.

Viewing Orders:

When you provide your email address when placing your order, we'll send you an order confirmation by email within two hours. This confirmation will give you the order number and indicate the total value of the merchandise. You can get more information on orders and backorders by going to Order Status at top right of Home page. We also send a shipping notification email when your order ships (although there are a few exceptions in cases where your item ships from an off-site distribution center). For most orders, the shipping notification will include information on how to track your shipment.


Changing an Order:

We're sorry, order information cannot be changed once you submit your order. We process orders very quickly, and once an order begins the fulfillment process we may be unable to modify it. We apologize for any inconvenience, and we hope that in the majority of cases our faster processing times work to your advantage. If you need to cancel or change an order, please call us at (410) 526-9755 as soon as possible with your request. If the item has not shipped or has not been engraved, we will be able to cancel your order. Please do not email us to change or cancel an order. You MUST call us to change or cancel.
