ENGRAVING OPTIONS:
Redding Medical offers several forms of engraving for personal identification on your new stethoscope or Welch Allyn product. Redding’s engraving provides for ease of identification due to loss or theft. All engraving is done in all CAPITAL letters and in the Bookman font- unless specified in your “Comments”. If you prefer something else, please place this in the "Comments" section of your order.
Redding Medical engraves on a daily basis, but please allow 2-3 days for your engraved item to ship. We make every attempt to ship all Next day, 2nd day & 3rd Day orders the same day – if we receive them before 1:00 eastern standard time.

1. LASER ENGRAVING OF TUBING: This is our most popular method of engraving. It is very professional looking. It is easily seen and quickly identifies your stethoscope. Please note that the color of the laser engraving is determined by the lasering of the tubing. It is not painted and does not rub off. The engraving results in a goldish-colored text. The color of gold may vary with the color of the stethoscope tubing. On the chocolate and burgundy tubing assemblies, the engraving is a black/brown shade and is not very visible.
2.  FULL NAME, JEWELER ENGRAVING ON CHESTPIECE:  Redding Medical will laser engrave your name on the chest piece of SEVERAL Littmann stethoscopes. We are not able to Jeweler engrave on the Cardiology III, Electronic, Infant or pediatric. The engraving is a black text in the Bookman font and in all CAPITAL letters. If you wish a different font, or upper & lower case spelling - please call or place in the “Comments” section on the Order. Please note that the longer your name, the smaller the text will be.
3. 2-3 INITIALS JEWELER ENGRAVED ON CHESTPIECE:  Redding will laser engrave 2-3 initials onto MOST Littmann stethoscopes and Welch Allyn handles. The text is a black text, Bookman font.
4. TWO INITIALS HAND-ENGRAVED:  Redding Medical will hand-engrave with a dremel tool in a cursive font, 2 initials FREE for basic identification. This is not a precise machine engraving.

The engraving process does not affect the warranty on your stethoscope. You may choose the engraving option at the time of ordering. Engraved items are not returnable.
