Stethoscopes:
Redding Medical offers several forms of engraving for personal identification on your new stethoscope. This provides for ease of identification due to loss or theft. All engraving (laser or jewelers) is done in all CAPITAL letters. If you prefer something else, please place this in the "Comments" section of your order.

1. Two initials can be hand-engraved FREE onto most stethoscopes. This is done in a script format and is provided by Redding Medical for easy identification of your stethoscope. This type of engraving does not delay the shipping time on your order.

2. Redding offers laser engraving onto the tubing of your stethoscope for $19.99. (please view picture). This is probably the best way to deter theft, since your name is clearly visible to all. Please allow 1 week for your order to ship. Please note that the color of the laser engraving is determined by the lasering of the tubing. It is not painted and does not rub off. The engraving results in a goldish-colored text. The color of gold may vary slightly with the color of the stethoscope tubing.

3. Your full name or initials can be jeweler engraved on most stethoscopes for a fee of $19.99. Please allow an additional 7-10 days for your order to ship. Your name or initials are laser engraved in a black text onto the chestpiece. (On the Black Editions, the engraving is a goldish color.) Please limit the number of characters per name to 8.

The engraving process does not affect the warranty on your stethoscope. You may choose the engraving option at the time of ordering. Engraved items are not returnable.

Engraving of Your Welch Allyn equipment is done on each Wednesday and ships on Thursday. Three initials looks best, but you may have up to 14 characters - including spaces and punctuation. Engraved items are not returnable.
