Shipping & Delivery
For your convenience, Redding Medical usually ships your order within 24 hours of ordering - Monday through Friday. Please note that our shipping department is closed over the weekend. Your order should arrive within 3 - 7 business days from the time you place your order for standard ground shipping, depending on the State to which it is being delivered.

Please note that Next Business Day, Second Business Day or Third Business Day shipping orders must be received by 3 pm EST in order for your package to ship out that day. Please note that if an order is shipped on Friday as an "Air" package, that Saturday and Sunday are not considered as "Business" days by UPS. So, a Next Business Day Air order that ships on Friday will be delivered on the following Monday.

Redding does offer Priority Mail, Next Day Air, Second Day Air and Third Day Air shipping options for within the continental United States. All shipping fees are based on Continental US shipments. Shipping fees may vary if you are outside the continental US, or dependent on weight. You may choose your shipping option upon ordering. We ship via Priority Mail to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico or any US military base.

  • Next Day Air is an additional $30.00 on top of the standard shipping fee
  • 2nd Day Air is an additional $12.00 on top of the standard shipping fee
  • 3rd Day Air is an additional $8.00 on top of the standard shipping fee
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Redding Medical does ship overseas. Please note that due to our contract agreement with Littmann, we are unable to ship Littmann stethoscopes outside of the United States.

When you place an international order, please disregard the shipping fee that is listed, since that is for US shipments only. We will email you the shipping charges for your approval. We will not ship anything to you or charge your account until we have your approval via email.

Also, due to the large volume of fraudulent international credit cards, we are now requiring two forms of identification:

  1. Copy of credit card statement or credit card
  2. Photo ID

International orders are usually shipped via Express Mail International, which usually delivers within 3-5 business days from time of shipment and is insured up to $500.00.

International customers are responsible for paying any additional taxes, duties, or customs fees charged by their local government.

 In order to address any concerns you may have regarding online ordering, Redding Medical supply provides secure online ordering by Geotrust. This provides the highest form of information encryption possible, and is backed by a full warranty by the security certificate holder. They personally insure all transactions that occur on their financial network, making ordering our medical equipment risk free.
 
Plus, our site is tested and certified daily to pass the McAfee Secure Security Scan. To help address concerns about possible hacker access to your confidential data, and the safety of visiting this site, the "live" McAfee Secure mark appears only when this site passes the daily McAfee Secure tests.

You can easily determine when you're sending data securely by looking at the web address (URL) in your browser window: the first few letters will change from "http" to "https" when you are transmitting information protected by SSL encryption. The "s" in "https" stands for "secure."

Returns & Replacements

 Redding Medical offers a 30 day Satisfaction Guarantee. Engraved Products are not returnable. You may return for a full refund of your purchase price if:

  • Product is returned in the original box, with tags and literature, and in resalable condition. Engrave or personalized products are not returnable.
  • Products over $300.00 in value must obtain Return Authorization. Call 410-526-9757 ext 104.
  • There may be a restocking fee. Please call to verify.

Ordering

Ordering on reddingmedical.com is simple, easy, and secure. Simply select the color, size, personalization options (if applicable), and the quantity then click the "Add to Cart" button on the product detail page. The Shopping Cart page will then display the items in your cart and will allow you to change the quantity of each item you've selected or remove items. From the Shopping Cart page, you can either proceed to checkout or continue shopping.

When you have finished shopping, click on the "View Cart" or "Cart" icon at the top-right of the page to review your selections. When you are satisfied with your order, click the "Proceed to Checkout" icon to complete your purchase.

Note: If you experience any problems with items disappearing from your shopping cart, make sure you have Cookies enabled in your web browser.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We accept the following methods of payment online:
  • Credit cards  We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover. We also accept gift cards with the Visa, MasterCard or American Express logo.

Viewing Orders
If you provided your email address when placing your order, we'll send you an order confirmation by email within two hours. This confirmation will give you the order number and indicate the total value of the merchandise. You can get more information on orders and backorders by going to Order Staus at top right of Home page.  We also send a shipping notification email when your order ships (although there are a few exceptions in cases where your item ships from an off-site distribution center). For most orders, the shipping notification will include information on how to track your shipment.
How can I cancel or change my order?

           We're sorry, order information cannot be changed once you submit your order. We process orders very quickly, and once an order begins the fulfillment process we may be unable to modify it. We apologize for any inconvenience, and we hope that in the majority of cases our faster processing times work to your advantage. If you need to cancel or change an order, please call us at 410-526-9755 as soon as possible with your request. If the item has not shipped or has not been engraved, we will be able to cancel your order.
