Littmann Stethoscope ID Tag

3M Littmann ID Tag offers a durable, attractive identification for your stethoscope. It has the Littmann logo on one side and a space for the nameplate on the other. The Littmann ID tag offers two nameplates. One for a handwritten name and the other may be engraved for a more professional appearance. The engraving is done by Redding Medical for an additional $4.50. The Littmann ID comes in black or gray and should match the trim on your stethoscope.


Littmann Tunable Technology

The Littmann tunable diaphragm technology offers enhanced acoustics, versatility and timesaving convenience.

Switching between bell and diaphragm modes is as easy as a simple pressure change on the chestpiece. There is no longer a need to remove, index and replace for same-site auscultation.

Bell Mode: (low frequency)

• Light contact with chestpiece allows you to hear low-frequency sounds.
  

Diaphragm Mode (high-frequency)

• Firm pressure on the chestpiece can be applied to hear high-frequency sounds.

In order to increase the life of your tubing, 3M Littmann recommends rubbing the tubing with “Armorall” on a regular basis.
