Littmann Classic II S.E. Stethoscope. Littmann's tunable diaphragm detects both high and low frequencies by alternating pressure on the diaphragm. The stethoscope features a two-sided stainless steel chestpiece with Snap-tight, soft-sealing eartips and an Extra set of firm eartips.
